GUM is a faith-based organization that empowers the poor and marginalized of Galveston through community development and support services.

​Through St. Vincent's House case management services, resources are managed to ensure a collaborative process that assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the options and services required to meet the client's health and human service needs.
